Benjamin Kanarek’s Archive Cover for L’Officiel Paris back in 1986

L’Officiel Paris – Pierre Cardin Haute Couture © Benjamin Kanarek’s archives 1986

Just thought I would share this cover Benjamin Kanarek shot for L’Officiel Paris in 1986 for the Haute Couture, featuring a Pierre Cardin dress.

That was a while ago. He remembers that Fashion Photographer Walter Chin was competing with him for the cover. During a shoot Benjamin was doing for them, Marie-José Susskind-Jalou the Editor in Chief of L’Officiel came to the studio to announce that he had gotten the cover. That was a fun moment.
